Top Ten Winners Blog Hop!

Thanks for joining me for the Top Ten Winner’s Blog Hop!  We’ve got some incredibly talented individuals participating in this hop this month!  How did we get here?  We submitted cards to Kylie Bertucci’s International Blog Highlights last month and people voted for our projects!  The next one will be all about BABY!  Click HERE to join the Facebook planning group to learn how you can participate!

Here is the card I made for the Masculine theme!  It incorporates the brand new Happy Birthday Thinlits die-this should be on your wish list!

Happy Birthday Thinlits Die

There is so much that you can do with this little die!  I can see simple cards (with a watercolor wash background) to more complex cards using a gatefold technique!

Here is the card I came up with!

Stampin Up happy birthday card. birthday card. Stampin Up Happy birthday die. Stampin Up color theory dsp. Stampin up guy greetings. man birthday card

I used the Happy Birthday from Guy Greetings to stamp a lot of birthday greetings!  My husband helped me pick the colors-I was undecided on what color to do the birthday diecut in, and he picked Cajun Craze (kind of looks like Real Red in this picture, but the Cajun Craze really goes well with the Dapper Denim!).

I hope you like this card!  If you are in need of supplies, I’d love to be your demonstrator!  Use host code KN2VEKW7 to get your June Customer Appreciation card with ribbon samples!!  Make sure you check that I can contact you, or I won’t be able to get your address.  Trust me, you’ll want these ribbon samples.  Hit up my shop HERE!

Rebecca, I absolutely love your design concept here. The Happy Birthday in the two different fonts of the stamp and die cut work brilliantly. Superb! xx

Stunning Rebecca. Love the pop of red. Really makes the design.

Cajun Craze or Real Red, it’s a perfect masculine birthday card.

Thanks Sara! I wonder if my husband will forget about it by the time his birthday comes around next year lol

Nice card, Rebecca! I love the way your red greeting pops right off the card!

Great masculine card Rebecca. The colour theory dsp works well behind the bold sentiment.
