You are here Home / Butterfly Basics
I am in love with this stamp set and coordinating dies! It comes in a bundle, which means you get to save 15% off the cost of buying them separately. The bundle includes the Butterfly Basics Photopolymer stamp set and the Butterflies Thinlits Dies. This is a great set for birthday, sympathy, and congratulation cards!
I saw this card on Pinterest, and had to CASE! I used different colors to make it my own-the original card had a black butterfly and card layer. I chose Real Red, Old Olive, and Crumb Cake for my version.
Simply stamp off the fern stamp in Old Olive to create a dimensional effect, then use Crumb Cake and the honeycomb stamp. I stamped off the honeycomb on another piece of paper so it wasn’t so dark. Die cut your butterfly using the medium size butterfly thinlit (a piece of wax paper between the cardstock and die helps with the cutting) and Real Red cardstock. Stamp the sentiments in Real Red, and add some pearls on the butterfly. Easy peasy and so gorgeous!
I can see myself making more of these in other colors and using different sentiments.
Here are the supplies I used! If you want them, go to my shop here!
